 MY COMMUNITY

A community is a place where people live together. Una comunidad es un lugar donde  vive la gente.

Cities are big and noisy. Las ciudades son grandes y ruidosas. A lot of people live in cities and there´s a lot of traffic. Mucha gente vive en las ciudades y hay mucho tráfico.

Towns and villages are small and quiet. Los pueblos y las aldeas son pequeñas y tranquilas.

These are some of the places that you can find in a town: Estos son los lugares que puedes encontrar en un pueblo.

- Supermarket. Supermercado.

- Shops. Tiendas.

- Bakery. Panadería.

- Police Office. Comisaría.

    PLANTS Plants are  living things . They need sunlight , water and air . Las plantas son seres vivos. Necesitan la luz del sol, agua y aire. Plants have a  life cycle : plants  are born, grow, reproduce  and  die . Las plantas tienen un ciclo vital: nacen, crecen, se reproducen y mueren. These are the  parts of a plant : Estas son las partes de una planta: 1.- The  roots  take in water from the soil . Las raíces toman agua del suelo. 2.- The  stem  holds the plant up .
